Infoc/o CoverA radiator’s pressure cap will keep your cooling
system at a higher psi to increase the boiling point of your coolant 1390 allowing
it to absorb more heat from your engine. The cap will allow excess coolant to
spill out to the overflow tank when the pressure gets too high and return to
the radiator 4822 when the coolant cools and the pressure drops.
